At FlyGenius AI, our products are digital downloads (AI prompt templates, PDF tutorials, and automation guides). Once you purchase and receive access to your files, the product cannot be “returned.”

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transaction), or

  • The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

To request a review, email info@nextupfield.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

3. Product Support

4. Updates and Revisions
