At FlyGenius AI, our products are digital downloads (AI prompt templates, PDF tutorials, and automation guides). Once you purchase and receive access to your files, the product cannot be “returned.”

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been provided.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate transaction), or

  • The digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

To request a review, email info@nextupfield.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

3. Product Support

If you experience any technical issue accessing your download or need assistance using it, please contact us. Our support team will ensure you receive the correct working files or updated versions.

4. Updates and Revisions

We occasionally release updated versions of our digital guides or prompts. Customers who purchased the product may receive these updates at no additional charge.
